Ukraine and seven regional states launch Carpathian Eight cooperation format
Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Czechia, Austria and Serbia have launched the Carpathian Eight as a standing regional-cooperation format, while an associated forum has presented more than 50 prospective projects valued above €1 billion.
